- Wellheads 9823; 9826: Full quality control for fabrication of pipe racks; visual control; requesting for PWHT and NDT processing. Construction of main pipeline 10” and 1” to the Main Manifold; quality control and preparation and dealing of all corresponding documentation necessary for assurance welding joints;
- Fully quality control for fabrication of pipe racks for and during Shutdown in 2010: at such Field Projects as Unit – 2, Unit – 3 and KPC. Internal Material Control of such materials as pipes and fittings, active materials (wire, electrodes) for the compliance to the requirements of approved List of the Client. Control for compliance with geometry of welding joints and its proper assembly. Dealing with the Client Procedures and Technical Specifications: WPS –P-01, WPS –P-03, WPS –P-05, WPS –P-07, WPS –P-09, WPS –PL-01, WPS –PL-08 Control for the proper using of continious electrical heating of the pipes and fittings with the wall thickness more than 25 mm. Performance of Inspection before, during and post welding process.
- Coordination of work activities in accordance with the Company priorities. Provision with all necessary Executive documentation and data on process ongoing at all Field Projects to QA/QC Manager

Checking of the staffs’ qualification; Checking of the materials according with drawings’ and specifications’ requirements; Inspection of the Pipelines’ mounting and welding; Visual inspection of the welds for defects, Preparation of the performance NDE, RT interpretation; Preparation of the data base for NDE.

Position: Welding engineer – Project CPC 0 - 116 km
Main duties:
- Incoming examination of pipes and welding materials in order to identify any defects, coding of pipes in accordance with specification of StroyTransGas company’s (CPC’s contractor) specifications;
- Participation in approval of required welding procedures;
- Direct control over installation of pipes with the help of an internal centering skid and over welding of the truck pipeline 1020 mm / 12,5mm;
- Issue of daily welding reports in respect of trunk pipeline welding, submission of applications for visual inspection control and X-raying and other non-destructive examination methods;
- Review of radiographic films, raising corrective actions in order to remedy defects.

Position: Quality control engineer
Main duties:
- Quality control of pipeline construction, installation of equipment, insulation, anti-corrosion coating of metal structures and pipelines, fabrication, welding, installation of metal structures and pipeline;
- Working with quality control documents, control over compliance with quality standard ISO 9001:2000. Working with foreign clients;
- Attendance during meetings and issue of a conclusion in respect of quality of control of works at all construction sites. Coordination with sub-contractors of inspection of all construction sites;
- Correct completion of technical inspection acts and control over up to date status of all associated documents. Preparation and submission of non – compliance acts to QC manager, support in development of corrective actions.
- Support to subcontractors in terms of review and interpretation of drawings. Liaising with subcontractors and third party companies on non-destructive examination issues. Confirming or otherwise professional competences of welders and suitability of method statements. Preparation and control over project quality documents before the project kicks off.

- Arranging of the production process for welding and fabrication of metal structures, production of items and assemblies by using various welding and mechanical equipment;
- Quality control in respect of installation, welding and preparation of metal structures;
- Supervising a team of specialists of the welding and fabrication shop - 30 employees. Maintaining all required documents, filling in work orders;
- Coordination, cost control, planning of production cycles
